Dragon Sea Restaurant
The Chinese restaurant opened in 1999 to complement the existing bistro. The restaurant’s owner/chef Chris Lau was born in Hong Kong and has since enjoyed much success working as a chef at some of Hong Kong’s top hotels including the Peninsula and the Sheraton. Popular dishes on the Chinese menu include King Prawn Fritters, Sizzling Black Pepper Steak, Mongolian Lamb and Scallops with Ginger and Shallots.

The café is your after dining destination with mouth watering cakes and desserts. There are also a number of light meal options to tempt everyone’s tastebuds, whether you are after a quick sandwich or a good old fashioned pie we have it covered.
